If you have an older chiller using R-22 as of January 1st, 2020 the refrigerant can no longer be produced. If your system is not leaking and there’s no signs of it being low on charge it may be years before you have to deal with an expensive conversion to a more environmentally friendly refrigerant on an old chiller or begin looking into a new chiller.
